Who we are

This policy explains how Southern Shield LLC (“Southern Shield”, “we”) collects and uses information from customers and people who request a quote or book service with us at www.southernshieldppf.com, by phone, or in person.

Information we collect

Your name, mobile phone number, email address, and mailing address; details about your vehicle (year, make, model, VIN); the services you request, quotes, appointments, invoices and payment status; photos of your vehicle taken during service; and the messages you send us. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store your full card number.

How we use it

To give you quotes, schedule and perform your service, send you updates and invoices, take payment, provide warranty and aftercare support, and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in by checking the optional text-message box on our quote request form, we send messages about your service: quote and booking confirmations, appointment reminders, job status updates, invoices and payment links, aftercare tips, review requests, and occasional check-ins. Your mobile number and consent are never shared

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Service providers

Our scheduling and invoicing software, payment processor and text messaging provider handle your information only to provide those services to us, and may not use it for any other purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep customer records for as long as you're a customer and as needed for warranties, taxes and our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or stop receiving texts or emails, at any time by calling (205)-901-5251 or by replying STOP to any text.
