1. Program description

Southern Shield Customer Notifications is a text message program run by Southern Shield LLC. It sends customers messages about their own service: quote and booking confirmations, appointment reminders, job status updates (like when your vehicle is ready), invoices and payment links, aftercare tips, review requests, and occasional check-ins.

2. How you opt in

You join by checking the optional “Text me about my quote and service” box on our quote request form. The box is unchecked by default and you can request a quote without it. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your appointments and service, typically a few messages per visit.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

5. How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time (UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work). You'll receive one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no further texts. To join again, reply START.

6. Help

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our privacy policy.
